Shipping Policy

At Curadose, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the information below regarding order processing, shipping, and delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that processing times are estimates and may occasionally be extended during periods of high demand, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Time

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Your location

  • Carrier performance

  • Weather conditions

  • Seasonal shipping volume

  • Other circumstances outside our control

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available within the carrier's system.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@trycuradose.com.

Shipping Delays

Although we work closely with our shipping partners, delays may occasionally occur.

Curadose is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Customs inspections

  • Labor shortages or strikes

  • High shipping volume during holidays

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If your tracking information has not updated for more than 14 business days, please contact support@trycuradose.com and we will assist in investigating the shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check around your property.

  2. Check with household members, neighbors, building management, or mailroom staff.

  3. Allow up to 24 hours after delivery confirmation, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before final drop-off.

  4. Contact the carrier directly.

If you are still unable to locate your package, contact support@trycuradose.com within 7 days of the recorded delivery date.

While Curadose cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages marked as successfully delivered by the carrier, we will work with you in good faith to help investigate the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact support@trycuradose.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, we may be unable to modify the delivery address.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Shipping Restrictions

Curadose currently ships within the United States only.

We do not currently ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO military addresses

  • U.S. territories

  • Freight forwarding services

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address where delivery cannot be reliably completed.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please:

  • Take photos of the package and product

  • Contact support@trycuradose.com within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and supporting photos

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
